At Bryn Awel we work in partnership with WRAP (Wales Restorative Approaches Partnership.)

Restorative Approaches works to build and maintain relationships and community, as well as reacting/ responding when things go wrong. We work to develop our Learner's Emotional Intelligence; this helps our Learners to become more aware of each other's feelings and behaviours, feel empathy, develop the ability to regulate themselves, develop strong social skills and become more motivated in all aspects of their lives.
